Experience using Magento update service

Hello! Has anyone used the Magento update service to upgrade to a new version? I'm planning to upgrade the store from version 2.3 to 2.4 and am considering this option. What were your experiences and results? Are there any features or issues that you should be prepared to encounter when using this service?

My experience includes successfully upgrading from 2.3 to 2.4 using magento upgrade service , however there may be compatibility issues with third party themes and extensions. This may result in the need for additional adaptations or fixes after the update. It is recommended to test on a test server first and make regular data backups.
