The cleaning function and the motor are both rather quiet. It actually starts cleaning a full minute after your cat has left. The cleaning process takes just under two minutes from start to finish. or bathroom, as I had to rescue two distinct cats twice as the unit trapped them in a filthy unit. Cats have previously run out of the bathroom (where this gadget is plugged in) covered in soiled litter.

Traditional box style litter boxes are easier to maintain and clean, cats do not come out coated in dirty litter, and litter remains much better in a conventional, old fashioned litter box. This is the third "scoop-free" litter box I've tried with my cats. This machine has a number of design flaws, including: 1) a shallow tray with bags that fit poorly. 2) When the machine "cleans itself" after use," excrement is smeared over the outer barrel, emptied outside the front, or even spread through the underbelly. 3) You must remove the entire barrel to scoop up the majority of the excrement each day or have this machine spew faeces on your floor or cat(s). 4) My cats have entirely relapsed to frequent usage of the floor on litterbox spilled litter.
I kept this unit longer than the two prior, more costly units I had purchased because it was the last straw. Enough enough! This was intended to make our house more pleasant, easier to maintain, healthier for everyone, smell nicer, and so on. PLEASE REDESIGN! NONE of these fundamental needs have been accomplished. WONDERFUL IDEA BUT FAILS TO THE MAXIMUM, currently I just keep this device turned off and hand scoop up or change all litter myself daily....even then, my cats kick out litter and none of my cats get caught anymore. A plastic storage box without a lid is cleaner and, honestly, easier to use. It is also far cheaper and more effective. Perhaps in a few years, designers will take this concept and make it more effective and user-friendly.

It's the litter box equivalent of Le Labo before everyone else found Le Labo.
A room where your cat does its business (indeed, defecates) is an odd source of pride, to be sure, but I'm smug. The attractive litter box is one of the nicest purchases I've ever made. For many years, I had no idea attractive litter boxes existed, and I had to make do with a standard litter box: utilitarian, primitive, and unmistakably a feline toilet. If you're still gazing at (and exposing your cat to) an eyesore, I beg you to reconsider.

According to a review titled "What Litter Box?" the secret compartment is like "having a secret spy in my home." Several critics feel it "hides odours exceptionally effectively," aside from its pure pulchritude. "I neglected to scoop for about two weeks due to despair and didn't even detect an odour." Well, it's sad, but it's also rather fantastic.
Cats appear to like the Good Pet Things concealed litter box as much as owners do. My Willow, for example, has left hairballs on my Joybird leather sofa, CB2 bench, and Keith Haring x Ruggable rug, but never anywhere near the circle of her litter box. Coincidence? I don't think so. Moreover, while I feel that pawrents should not speak for their prettier halves, I like to assume the artificial plant at the top reminds Willow of her ancestors hunting in a deep forest.
