Everybody so i eat fish but they eat fish isn't really particularly oily GRS Ultra you know unless you're eating mackerel and sardines every day which gets really boring uh you're really not getting as much fish and again um that the blood test also you can also get blood tests for your your fish oil status your epa dha status to see how your look at your red blood cells uh so those are yeah those to me are .
