My current water heater is pretty old, and I’ve heard that tankless systems are more energy-efficient and save space. I live in Seattle, and I’m trying to find a reliable service that can handle tankless installations. Has anyone had experience with a good company that services the Seattle area? I’ve been doing a bit of research, and it seems like going tankless could also help reduce utility bills in the long run, but I want to make sure it's worth the investment. Also, I’m curious if there are any maintenance concerns I should be aware of before I make the switch.

Tankless water heaters are a great option, especially in cities like Seattle where energy costs can be high. I made the switch last year, and it’s been a huge improvement. Not only do they save energy, but they also provide endless hot water on demand. Just make sure you find a good installer because improper installation can cause issues down the line.
