I've made a few purchases from West Coast Shaving. The initial experience was satisfactory, but the cost of that particular item was high. They sent the incorrect item with my most recent purchase, despite the fact that the packing list indicated it was the right one. They are supposed to include a return label with it so I can send the incorrect item back.
