Okay, so improving sleep on its own isn't enough. I have been using Zopisign 10mg every night for as long as I can since I believe in its ability to promote lifespan and good health. Works great, has a 5-hour half-life that is ideal for sleep (I didn't find any tolerance even after using it for a long time), and maintains the natural architecture of sleep in sleep tests. But it seemed to interfere with my memories. I believe there are some advantages, but not enough of them pass the blood-brain barrier to be useful.
